So I had the honour to be invited by Celestina from Grabz team once again to have dinner at E-Sarn Thai Cuisine's newest outlet located at Keppel Club. To be honest, I was never a fan of Thai cuisine until I went Bangkok in January w the boyfriend earlier this year. Boy, I realised that I can never have enough Tom Yum Soup!!
Got Vinez and Matilda to join me this time round, I'm totally missing our Bangkok trip so much already! Not forgetting Natasha, of course :-)
About E-Sarn Thai Cuisine
"E-Sarn - also known as Isan or Issan - is the Northeast region of Thailand and is famous for its culinary delicacies. E-Sarn Thai Cuisine is a small family of restaurants originally set up by Achara (or Neng, as she is known to regulars). The original restaurant (E-Sarn Thai Cuisine at Sixth Avenue) had its humble beginnings as a hawker stall named "Neng's Kitchen" in Farrer Road Market. Today, you will still find the same delicious home-style Thai food prepared by native Thai chefs, who are hand-picked and trained by Neng herself."

Coconut-based spicy and sour soup w chicken and mixed herbs
Pad Thai - $8.50 (Chef's Recommendation)
Traditional Thai-style fried noodles
Stuffed Boneless Wings - $11.50 (Good for Kids)
Deep-fried boneless chicken wings, stuffed w mushroom and chestnuts
Grilled Beef - $14.50 (Yum!)
Succulent beef slices, w spicy E-Sarn dipping sauce
'Tempura' Mixed Vegetables - $10.50
Battered and fried ladies fingers, long beans, baby corn, carrot and eggplant, served w sweet chilli dipping sauce
Fried Spicy Kway Teow - $8.50 (Chef's Recommendation but no for us)
Stir-fried flat rice noodles w chilli and basil
Crispy Soft-Shell Crab - $10.50 (Yum!)
Topped w a sweet chilli sauce
Omelette - $7.50 (Yum!)
Fluffy egg omelette w onions

I'm absolutely giving this place a 10/10 for service as they are really fast in preparing the food. I'd say that each dish takes only about 5 - 10 mins to arrive, I was really surprised!
